Pattern to Chords of a Circle

What is the best way to model features/parts across a circle? Attached is an example of a typical problem. The slots are evenly spaced across a disc with the ends tangent to a limit radius. Ideally, method would also work to place rectangular parts across a circular cross section. Thanks in advance.

I know you can use iCopy for parts. I'm not sure what you can do for features.

Your sketch is not fully defined. Why do you have multiple loops in the same cut? Why didn't you use tangent arcs?  The dircles are not constrained at all, aside from the diameter dimensions. The lines are not constrained to be tangent to the circles.

I found a couple ways to do this.

One is to rectangular pattern an extrusion running along the chord of the circle.  Use the adjust termination option to a surface at the circle diameter.  See attached Inventor 2013 file.

The other is to use the grill feature from the plastics tools.  A circle will work for the boundary and you can omit the island and spars.
