Parts list in IDW

Is there any way to reduce the size of a default parts list?
I inserted a parts list in an A size assy and is takes up 1/4 of the sheet.

A few methods to consider:
Set the gap smaller in format-->Part list. This controls the empty space between
text and table lines.
Smaller text size.
Expand it sideways so that text fits on one line for every part.
Create a few partial views (using Design Views). Part list will list only parts
in that view.

I recommend setting up a new Text Style that's smaller for your A size
template. I would also recommend setting up a Standard A size template if
you're going to be doing this a lot.
In the Format->Standards...->Parts List , you can change the settings Dave J
talked about.
