Parts invisible in IDW

I have parts which do not display in views, and are shown in the Parts List as "Product" in the Part Number column.

I believe these missing parts were imported from SAT or STEP files, so I suspect that it may have been a translation problem, although other SAT and STEP parts display fine.

Can anyone confirm this, and offer a fix?

are the imported files still surfaces?

If you right click on the part in the idw and pick "include all surfaces" do they show up?

That happened once before and I stumbled across this...completely forgot how.

Now... can I select all the items in the Browser Bar and "include all surfaces" or would this just create needless data?
