Parametric Circlips - Internal and External metric...?
Did you open the iParts and move the EOP marker down in the browser? They should work....
Is Inventor 5+ mean R5.3?

Sorry can't help with the circlips. Wasn't there a library of parts that came with R5?
Is there possibly some in there?
