PINEWOOD DERBY MODELS

Hey! Anyone ever model their son's Pinewood Derby car or see any related iParts on-line? I wouldn't mind seeing the work or finding an iPart for the axels and wheels on-line. Anyone know of a URL?

I haven't seen any, but why would the axles and wheels need to be iParts? Aren't they the
two parts that are standard across all the kids versions? Most the parts out of the box
would only take seconds to model if I had one to get the measurements from. I wonder if
my son still has his old ones.

No, I guess they don't need to be iParts. I was just wondering if someone had done this. Obvouisly, it can be modeled in rather short order. I'll put mine on my web site when I'm done (still have to do the web site though, it went off-line when I changes ISPs).

In CF, I have posted our entry from last year. I
didn't bother modelling up the wheels. The sketched design we got from a website
somewhere.

Thanks. I haven't used that before... and Karl... Great car design. I won't steal it, but I'll probably use the same sketching technique.
