Optimize ratio between stress and mass

You can optimize stress and mass separatly through FEA , but what about together?

Is there a way to optimize the ratio between stress and mass?

Have you looked at Autodesk Inventor Optimization software: http://www.autodesk.com/products/optimization-inventor/overview
