Offset not Automatically Selecting

My scetch offset is making me click on each line to select it then right clicking to continue before I can start the offset feature. Normally I click on the line and drag off and do not have to right click then select continue.

I was wondering how to change this back.

RMB and select "Loop Select" before offsetting
