No place from content center command

I have lost my place from content center command.

I have desktop content installed, but the drop-down under the Place button is missing.

Anyone know how to fix this?

you might try this:

seems like I had this issue once as well and reregistering the addin fixed it

Where Do I go to see the Add-Ins.  Is this the same one under the Tools Tab?

Thanks for the "Add-Ins" location, but when I click on the" Add-Ins" button, nothing happens.
Could this mean, there may have been an installation issue?

You should see this, if not maybe try to repair your installation.  Capture.PNG

I had our IT department do the repair and it didn't make a difference.  They removed Inventor 2010 suite completely from my PC and

re-installed it.  After the installation was complete I did not change anything just went straight to a assembly and I still don't have

a content center pull-down.  This is starting to get frustrating and I have project to complete.  I have 2012 suite loaded, but there are

projects and custom formats that I want to migrate to 2012.  I want 2010 to work properly before I continue.
