Hi, I'm currently out of the country and forgot to convert my part into a parasolid (xb) for CNCing. I can't get inventor here, could someone pelase download this, convert it, and post the parasolid? Thanks in advance

The hole for the 1/4-20 thread is the wrong diameter.
The correct tap drill size is a #7 drill (.201) or something close.
You made the hole .25, there will not be any material for drilling.
Use the Hole tool to create threaded hole features and you can avoid this beginner mistake.
Also, flat bottom holes are more expensive to make than drilled with standard 118° point and bottom tapped holes cause lots of trouble (read expense).
1/4 - 20 is that looks like a whitworth thread ? In which case BSW threads ARE NOT included in the standard tread.xls file. you'll need to find or ask some one for the file who has these threads.

Editing the feature shows that the specification is an ANSI 1/4-20 UNC.
ANSI = American National Standards Institute
UNC = Unified National Course
1/14-20 UNC is a common inch fastener size used in the States.
The file indicates that it was created in student license of Inventor.
I meant to write, 1/4-20 UNC, not 1/14-20 UNC.....
