No "cameras" but you can use design view reps to accomplish that.. View orientation is saved with each design view rep

Cameras - as in Inventor Studio?

View Reps include camera orientation and zoom level. They are available in both iam and ipt files in IV 2014. I am not sure when they were added to ipt files.
You can define them in your template files if you want to have some common views in all of your components.
You can create reference features/parts to have specific constraints and use the look-at-face button by the view cube to define your view. Note that camera orientation and zoom are not associative and will have to be re-defined if you change those constraints.
Or use the Studio environment to create renders.
