Missing centerline

I am at a loss here 😞  I have been putting centerlines on a lot of circles but all of a sudden this started happening.  Can you tell me how to get the one centerline back?

When you placed this centermark, was the object you selected a complete circle or a radius?  If it is a radius, then I can see it giving you these results.  If it is a circle then I have to ask if this is the on;y drawing this is doing it on?  Maybe a graphics issue?

Also, can you grab the stub end and drag it to 12 o'clock?

hhhmmmm - it's an arc - so that solves that question LOL.  I thought it was detailed as a circle.  Thank you so much!
