It's in the File>Export portion of Inventor (funny "I" icon very upper LH corner)

Inventor 2020, In-Cad, Simulation Mechanical

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file

Inventor doesn't use the pc3 type printer configurations that AutoCAD utilizes.

To "print" to a pdf, you could use a third party program such as "CutePDF" or "PDF Printer".

I don't know what this would gain over simply EXPORTING the drawing as a PDF.
