microsoft wireless mouse is supposed to have many fequencies, but the architect sitting next to me found his cursor moving by it self, turns out the guy next door had the same freq on his mouse.
try the mouse from another pc as a first test.

This happened here on one machine. Complete uninstall & re-install of the
graphics driver took care of it. The problem only occurred when switching
from another app back to Inventor.
