Merging bend releIfs

Hi,

I'm looking at a part for the base of a kart that has huge bend reliefs on it that I want to close as they are not needed. But how would I do it while still keeping the part simple enough to bend?

Can you attach the original file rather than derived - I can't get the part to flatten and would need to recreate from scratch.

Ive attached the flat patten but this is really all I have. I take its that its been drawn from another part? I've also attached a DXF of the flat pattern.

I use another program called Radan that seems to be able to flatten the 3D model but autodesk seems to have problems?

I would remodel the part from scratch in Inventor.
