Mass properties

Sometimes I cannot get mass properties in my drawings, the strange is
that sometimes it works sometimes not, the idw template is always the
same, I'm using Inv11 sp3

I found that in physical properties the mass is correctly shown, but in
"cost center" (hoping this is the right translation) it's always 0!!!

I believe from what you say that you are running the iProperty Collection v2.2. If this is the case check tools>ad-ins to see that it is loaded and running. You could try to uninstall it and re-install sometimes this helps.
If the assembly was saved sometime in the past then the add-in was probably working correctly at that time, new assys will not have their custom mass saved if the add-in is not running.
If you use the same idw for parts and assys then the part mass may be coming straight from the physical tab but the assembly mass will not. Message was edited by: harco
If you need a quick fix you can type the mass displayed in the physical into the custom total mass, but this will not update if the mass changes, unless the iProperty Collection starts working again.
