Making Parts in an assembly act solid

I need to make two parts act solid.  That is, that they need to slide and react as if they were real instead of just going through eachother.  In the assembly included, the "rotator" needs to rotate as it is pulled through the "rifled column (2)".  The other constraints in the assembly are fine as is, but if I can make these parts react correctly, then the center pole and balde will rotate.

Make sure Activate Contact Solver is turned on on Inspection tab.

Right click on the Drive This constraint and click Play.
(see attached assembly)
