Lines not linked in sketch mode

I am troubleshooting inventor and I can't figure out what happened.

For example, if I make a triangle in sketch mode and I change one of the

line dimension, the rest of the lines do not follow the shape. the green snap dot is missing.

I repaired Inventor in the control panel with no result.

Do I have to reistall the whole program?

you should state your version of Inventor in the future, but having said that I can't open your file with 2010, so I assume you're using 2011.

try this, right-click while editing a sketch:
