We have the same installation of Autodesk Inventor Lt 2011 on two machines. The aim is the transfer the license from the first computer to the second. We swap online using the transfer utility and that works fine. The problem is the transfer utility takes not only the Inventor license from the first computer, but also the license for the installation of AutoCAD 2011 Lt. This renders it unusable on the first computer. The second computer has a separate installation of AutoCAD 2008 which has it's own license.
Is there any way to stop the license transfer utility taking both the Inventor AND AutoCAD licenses from the first computer?

I assume you are using Inventor LT Suite package to install Inventor LT and AutoCAD LT.
If so, then both of the products are using the same license in one machine. So if the license is exported out with License Transfer Utility from machine A, then both of the products cannot be worked in that machine unless the license is imported back.
