Jogged Dimensions

Is it possible within an Inventor 2013 dwg to create a "jogged" linear dimension ?

I am aware that a jogged radial dimension is possible.

I currently have an enlarged detail which incorporates a large radius which has it's centre point outwith the drawing border & I need to add a dimension to this centre point.

Thanks

As you can see in my signature below, this is a feature that is missing from Inventor.  The jogged radial dimension is useless: all it does is remove part of the dimension line and terminate it with a little squiggle symbol.  To get a linear dimension to show appropriately, you need to create a broken view, but you can't do this outside the part geometry.  So the only workaround that I have found is to create a feature (a very small inobtrusive feature) at the radius center.  Then you can create a broken view, and dimensions to the radius center will display properly, except for the radius.
