Jibberish when I try to change limits

Trying to change the limits for a hole that is called out.  Here is what happens when I try to edit the hole note.

What the crap?  Guess I can always just manually type it in... So much for parametrics.

Here is what I see when I edit the dimension.  Never seen this format before.

Hello,

It looks that Edit Dimension dialog shows some kind of internal representation of the dimenension text. That should not happen.

Based on your video/screenshot, real dimension value is hidden - notice 'Hide Dimension Value' check box. Any change in tolerance will not show up when you override the value. Make changes in the string directly (Text tab) if you want to show different tolerance value.
