Is there a way to import a part's information into a title block in a drawing?

I've noticed when I was making a drawing with the standard title block that when I'm done it inputs the part number of my part into the part number block in the title block.

I've since made my own title block, but have lost this feature. How do I get it so that when I put a part in, it puts that part number into that location of my title block? Would it be possible to also have it input the material the part is made from?
