Inventor Viewer

Good day all,

 

One of our workstations has an issue with Inventor Viewer.

It does not open Inventor viewer 2014 at all. I have tried to do an repair it does not work as well.

I have also tried to uninstall it and install it again. Still no Luck.

 

The installation was done from an Deployment of a suite. This workstation is the only one out of 10 with this issue.

 

Do you perhaps have an solutions for this problem ?

Firstly try the following:

  • Log on as Local / Administrator and right click on Inventor Viewer and select "Run as Administrator". Does it now work?
  • If that does not work then delete the following key from the Registry (Regedit); HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\Inventor View. You may see two entries for this, delete both. Does it work now?
  • If the above two actions fail to resolve the issue, then install the Certified Graphics Driver from here

I have tried all the suggested solutions but  still no luck.
