Inventor 2015 - Thread annotation missing

Hi there,

When I start a new drawing, the thread annotation are missing.

If I open an old drawing, it works fine.

I used the same template in previous versions, and never seen that issue before.

My problem is that I can't figure where to change it, I tried the styles editor, but as far as I can see it looks ok?

Can perhaps anyone give me a clue to get it right?

Thanks!

Brgds,

Chris

If you go to the "display options" tab when you "edit view", is the checkbox for "thread feature" checked?

Yes that works!

Next question is, how to make it default?

Ops Smiley Very Happy

Anyway i remember that it happened to me, if you want that as default (and  normally it is) you have to operate in the registry.

I tried the reg edit as posted, and it seems to work. Thanks for posting!

However I feel it is far too deep and advanced for any common user (including me) to change such a basic and simple setting.

I really hope Autodesk is listening...

Brgds,

Chris
