Inventor 2012 - SP1- Can not create hole / thread

I can´t create threaded holes, because dialog box don´t allow to choose radio button. I can create only standard hole.

And next I can´t create thread for this standard hole, I don´t allow to choose button.

I have Inventor 2012 with SP1.

Anyone have any ideas how can I solve this problem?

if you could take a few screen shots and post them, it could help with solving your issue.

I joined two images.

1) Image Hole-01 presents the dialog when I run command Hole.

2) Image Hole-02 presents the dialog when I can choose Screw hole option.

Red pen line presents error, the dialog dont expand.
