Internal error in persistence operation - can't save Assembly

Can anyone tell me if there is a fix for this problem?
Running IV6, WinNT5 sp6a
Getting the following Error message while trying to save an assembly (that
was previously savable).
We have tried to remove the part that was added right before the problem
began.
Thanks,
Bill

Tools>Rebuild All on the assembly, any
subassemblies, and any parents of derived parts in your assemblies.  (Don't
try to save until you've done it to all of 'em!).

The word from Adesk (via my VAR) is that SP1 will
fix it, but this is the workaround for the time being...

Cheers!  Alan

Thanks, I'll give it a try and post the results...
