IV10Sp3 Why does saving as a model geometry only dwg dirty the idw?

I have found this very repeatable. I am surprised I am just noticing it now. When saving as dwg, 2000/2000LT, All Sheets, Model Geometry only, Base View Scale - Model Space, Closest Autocad Mapping, it dirties the idw.

We are running a Vault Project setup.

I've come to the conclusion that just THINKING about an IV file dirties it.

No problems here, just did one and sent it out. Even did some editing in the
DWG and re-saved it to a 2007 version. Had no problems with my IDW file.

It must be a Vault issue then. I'll have to try it sometime with non-Vault projects.
