While I do not have a specific date, we tend to release them a few months after the initial release to allow for all the various language packs to post. Check Mid-Aug timeframe.

yeah wait, this is one of the worst releases for a long time. I think 2008 or 2009 was like this. 2010 & 2011 have been great. There is some really ropey and productivity inhibiting issues in 2012!

normally early to mid september. an autodesk employee on these forums claimed end of August. There may be more pressure on Autodesk to get it out earlier this year, because of some fundamental problems with the RTM version.
