[IV 2011] - label of hole on French Version

I have just installed IV 2011 suite built 239.

The hole function is labelled "hole" into the tree of features instead of the french "perçage".

Even with hold parts from IV 2010. It is some kind of bug isn't it?

Another point, on the drawing environnement, I have a lag on the movement to place a view. I mean tha my mouse pointer is moving faster than the view itself but it is some kind fluent, I mean the view is moving slowly but without lag (difficult to explain...) Is it a normal behavior? Is it possible to remove that?

Can somebody confirm the bug regarding the Label "hole" instead of "perçage" in French version?

Regarding the Lag, it seems it comes from the graphic card, FirePro v3700, certified by Autodesk but seems to give me some issue. I fall back to compatibility mode into the graphical options, which seems to solve the problem...
