IV 11 SP1: What is an "attempt to create more than one first initializer"?

Now that I have upgraded to Inventor 11, I am migrating my legacy data and
encountered the error shown in the JPG.

What does the message "Attempt to create more than one first initializer"
mean? I get this message when I try to open a particular IDW file that I am
trying to migrate. The assembly referenced in this file migrated properly and
the IDW file opens normally in Inventor 10 SP3.

By the way, Inventor crashes when I press the "OK" button to clear the
dialogue box.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Sincerely,

Michael

Hello Michael,

The error message you are seeing indicates an internal error condition and was not really intended to make its way to the end user. I have been attempting to cause this error condition to happen by migrating R10 IDW files but have not yet succeeded. If that drawing file and its assembly/parts is such that you could send it to me, that would help in my investigations. My address is
joe dot sherry at autodesk dot com.

Thanks
Joe

Hello Michael,

Joe received the files, but he is not able to replicate the crash that
you're finding. Can you crash Inventor again with this data and send in the
crash report please? If you get the crash dialog, it is important to fill
in your email address, otherwise we cannot search for it.

Thank you,
Bryan

I found a way to correct the data. But I don't know what I correct in the data.

First I give al the part and assembly files that are used in the idw file an other name. (part-01.ipt = part-01-x.ipt)
than I open the idw file. (I skip all the parts)
Than the IDW is open and you can see all the sheets. But they do not refer to the parts. (they will not update)
Save the IDW and close the IDW.

Than change all the parts to they're original names.
Than open the IDW agent.

I also tried with defer updates, but it will not open.
