INV 2013 crashes at start-up

Hi everyone,

I have the following problem, after the inventor start I chose create a parte, assembly, drawing or anything, the programm crashes. It does not matter if I select New from the welcome windows or close the welcome windows, then File>New. Always crashes.

I have repair the installation and nothing. Also I did a Reinstall and nothing.

The last thing I did was to create a new Windows user and the Inventor works just fine.

Any help anyone? 

Is there a way I could "clean" my windows user of Autodesk configuration? or something like that?

Hi John, 

I tried a serach but nothing.

The other thing I did was delete the file inside the directory:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Autodesk\AdLM

And now Inventor 2013 is working.

If something change or stop working I will inform you.
