INSERTING NOTES

When inserting item’s into idw's in IV 2012  all items, (in particular notes) are now going to the lower left hand corner of format. WHY? I have insertion points they should insert to the point I click on. I then end up having to move them to their insertion point. Have not had any problems in the past with this. Is there some new setting I missed in IV 2012 setup?

This issue of inserting custom symbols that are copied or patterned ending up at the origin has been logged and confirmed with our development team as  

1402420 – copied or patterned symbols get attached at origin point instead of placement point.

What you can do until it's resolved is move them from the origin to where you want them placed after the fact currently.
