IAssembly BOM Issues

Still new to Inventor. In 2010 Pro, we have an assembly that has some iparts and iassemblies in it. When I go to the BOM function, I am unable to open up the assemblies to see the parts below using the +. It works in non IAssemblies, so it has to be an issue there. What am I doing wrong here? If this is not supported, then how am I supposed to see parts that reside in a subassembly from the top assembly?

Same here, but I am pretty certain that it is intended. When you are in the iAssembly itself...all you see is the Model Data and Structured. However, if you will place an instance of your iAssembly into a new assembly, you will see it break out into its respective parts as well.
