I have no idea where to start.
Start by attaching the files here - an assembly without parts is useless.
Did you attach the correct assembly?
Those parts are not in your assembly.
I renamed them, try this.
Renaming files like this is a no-no.
An assembly file (*.iam) is simply a list of hyperlinks to the part (*.ipt) files and therefore if you willy-nilly rename the files the hyperlinks are lost.
Use Design Assistant or Vault to rename files.
You are missing other parts.
Something has to remove degrees of freedom between these parts.
Without the missing link - it is unclear to me what motion you are expecting.
I was thinking Transistional constraint, but based on the parts you did attach - I'm guessing it might be less complex motion than Transistional.
Mate this workplane and axis (additional constraints will be needed), does this get you closer?
Yes, that helps alot, but I'm still lost. As the round part come up, it needs to rotate around the three holes on the lefthand side. Basicly rotate 180deg, then the cut needs to line up with the other center hole.
You need to add 2D Contact Joints.
