How to set material editor to metric values in version 2014?

In version 2013 there was a menu option at the left lower corner of the material editor.

But in 2014 it is gone. Can not find it in the application options. How can I change it?

I'm also having a problem finding how to set material properties to metric values ? Everything else is working in metric except the material values which seems a little odd.

I am not sure about 2014, but in 2016 it is moved to the Material browser, it is a small icon that looks like a folder and a spanner, in it it has the option "Set display units", maybe it is the same in 2014?
