How to open .mdf & .ldf file in AI 2013

All,
 

I was sent to me  INV2012 custom Content Center Library files *.MDF *.LDF format. I want to configure in  INV 2013 (running Desktop Content) but I could not figure out how to do it.

I have Installed ADMS & Vault 2013 in my system.

I tried asper the procedure in Wiki help. But, I unable open that file.there is no import option inside  the vault.

please let me how to open that file in AI 2013.if you have any detail procedure please send me.
