How to make baseline dimensions on one line

Like in the picture, and what is the name, if exists, to such dimensions

Hi!

 

You can do it manually.

 

First create a baseline dimension (not Baseline Set), and then, drag each dimension to the same lineline.

Once you have all of your dimensions created, tag them all (holding down the Ctrl key) and RC and select as shown below.  This will snapp them all in line with each other.
