Hole Chart - like sized holes of different letters

Hello all,

I was not able to find if this issue has been solved previously on here but there are two holes on my sheet metal that are the same diameter as most of the other holes but they are showing up as a different letter in the Hole Table.

When I right click the D2 hole "Match Custom Hole" is greyed out. All holes were created using an extrusion, NOT the hole feature.

I am using inventor 2014.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

They are showing up different because the extrusion features are not identical.  In order for them to show up the same they have to be the same diameter and cut through the same distance.  One of the features is cutting through all and the other one is cutting through .090 in.
