I work with a group of people on different projects in Inventor which we share on the same network.
We got one main Library with parts and assemblies which we add to our project when we create them.
Next to this library, sometimes reference Libraries are created tot older projects when setting up the new project.
The problem is that every time we create a new project, all those reference libraries are also shown in the library selection screen, which has become quite a list by now and closely none of them are reused except the main library.
Now my question:
Is it possible to hide the one time used libraries from the selection screen when creating a new project?
Thanks in advance,
Thijs

How is this done? Is each project a separate .ipj file, with Library set to the common network location?
How is the library folder structured?
The Library is a folder on a server in which we created a structure of subfolders to put the different parts in. (folder: Inventor/Configuration/Library)
All items in the Library are locked within Inventor, they can't be editted but new parts can be placed in them.
The reference libraries are created to the specific project folder, which is on the same server, but a different folder (Inventor/Projects/'specific project'). These files are not locked within Inventor.
All projects have a seperate .ipj file which is saved within the specific project folder.
The Library also got its own .ipj file with which the Library parts are unlocked for editting. This .ipj file is placed within the Library folder.
The only way I know to do this is to delete all the projects with the libraries you don't want from the projects screen before you create the new project. It only lists libraries that are available in the projects listed in that screen.
