Help with inventor (again)

I attached the directions of what I'm supposed to do and I've done everything until number 12 where I have to make a workplane and make a 2d Sketch. For some reason I can't get inventor to make the sketch. I need help =D!

They are accessible from the ribbon:

 

Then if you built it on one of the axis you can select a predefined plane:
