Help Please - Inventor settings

Hello guys, I have a little problem here, nothing serious, dont be scared.
I use Inventor PRO 2014

Issue: When I have a file open, and when I try to open another archive from Vault, is opening a new instance of Inventor, and i want a new tab. NOT OPEN A NEW INVENTOR.

It disrupts the process and slows the computer

Does anyone know where I can to set this setting? I can not find this information and have looked at all opptions Aplications and could not find anything, does anyone have any idea?

Never experienced that before.  How did you open up the first file?

What you should be doing is open up a session of inventor, then using the open dialog window, select open from vault.

This should not open up a brand new session of Inventor.

If you are one that opens up your Inventor files by RCing on the file in windows explorer and selecting "Open", don't do it that way. 

Do what I have suggested and see if that doesn't resolve this.

I've seen it, but never got to the bottom of it. 

Can you log on to the same computer, but as another user and try it? 

If it behaves the way you want, then it narrows the options.
