Helix Gear Models?

Looking for a model or source for a Helix Gear. Specifically, 1/8 CP, 20
Deg. PA, 15 Deg. Helix.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Rob

Hello Rob,

I tried it in Design Accelerator - Spur Gear generator. Diametral Pitch - I
was able to enter 0.2 as a minimal value, not 1/8. However it's possible to
specify other values - 20 deg for Pressure Angle and 15 deg for Helix Angle.
The gear model is attached. If you have AI 10 or 9 insert it into assembly
and RMB the gear model and select Edit Using Design Accelerator to see what
the values are.
Design Accelerator uses approximation of teeth.

Thanks.....I had stumbled across that just minutes before, it looks
excellent. I can modify with little trouble.

I know Autodesk takes alot of heat for some IV shortcomings, however, the
design accelerator is a pretty sweet application.

Hello Rob,

Another go, my first post got ruined for some reason.

I can send you the gear model by email if needed, send me your contact on
