HELP! I need to get inventor runny really bad, there's a CER_82456057 error.

So I tried to install inventor 2013, but since i have a windows 8 machine, it won't allow me to run 2013. then I installed 2014, but the program would start normally, but right after everything is loaded, the program just get glitched and froze, after a few seconds, it is closed unexpectedly, then I reported the error, then the website keep giving me this message:

Autodesk® Inventor® Professional 2014

CPU/Chipset

Operating System
  • Windows 8 64
Memory
  • 6GB (DDR3)
Graphics
  • NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX660M 2GB with DirectX® 11

Thanks for helping!

Inventor 2020, In-Cad, Simulation Mechanical

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file

Your CER report indicates that the crash happens in your Nvidia display driver.

You can try either

* Update your graphics driver to the latest or certified version

* Disable one of your GPU if your laptop has both Intel HD graphics & Nvida GPU

Hope this helps,

There seems to be some sort of conflict with 2014 and the latest NVIDIA driver: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Autodesk-Inventor/Problem-after-NET-updates/m-p/4330346#U4330346

Wow, thanks. It worked! Yeah, I found out there's a problem with nvidia driver, the graphic in cpu is not powerful enough so it shows message like that.
