If you can attach your ipt it's a lot easier for us to help.
First of all, Your sketch should ALWAYS be fully constrained. It is not constraied at all.
Secondly, You have lines over each other, and very small gaps (Which would have been prevented if your sketch was constrained.
Third, It wouldnt do the fillet with that radius with all these gaps.
I found the part fairly easy to model in Inventor.
But there are several things I couldn't figure out -
1. Why didn't you use the Origin Center Point for symmetry?
2. How did you create perfect sketch arcs without dimensions (did you erase the dimensions for some reason)?
3. As already noted, why do you have lines overtop of lines?
Your original screen capture looks like it might be from SolidWorks. Is that the case? If so, can you zip and attach the original file here?
1. Why didn't you use the Origin Center Point for symmetry? I dont know, just start drawing. I am new to this
2. How did you create perfect sketch arcs without dimensions (did you erase the dimensions for some reason)? Yes, I erase them.
3. As already noted, why do you have lines overtop of lines? Did not know I had lines overtop of lines. How did you know that? Can you send me the part you made?
Where are you getting the information for creating the geometry? Do you have another file? A drawing? Can you attach this information here?
I recommend you start here

raduis is .5
In the image all radii appear to be identical.
In your sketch 1 all radii are .25
In your sketch 2 you have radii .5 - where did this information come from when all radii in the original are the same?
No orignal drawing just a sample. somebody else did the 2 sketch 2 with .5 radii. How did you draw the part?

Sample what? File? Picture? Where are you getting the dimensions - they have to come from a source?
Please have a look at the attachment. It is not completely the same as your model but it is a idea on how you would model it.
In the "TEST" part I tried to get the part as close to yours as possible. Please have a look
