Filename

Is there a way to get only filname without the ending .idw in drawings? I dont like the partname because it does not change when I change filename.

Eyvind - I use the 'Properties - Drawing' <PART
NUMBER> option in my title block.

That way it uses the filename without the
extension.

...but if you change the filename outside of
Inventor you'll have to put it in the iProperties-Project tab/Part
Number field as well to make sure it gets into the title block as
well.
