Feature Pattern Select - How to use

I have an assembly, with a cover that has multiple holes for screw locations. The holes are not in a circular or rectangular pattern. More randum. However, the locations were created within the same sketch on the cover, and then the holes created using this sketch. When I insert a screw on the assembly into one of these holes, I now want to pattern it in all the holes. How do you do that? The Feature Pattern Select does not seem to allow me to do it. Thanks

Could be done by iMates. See sample (2015)

- Place Insert iMate to Puffer1.ipt

- Place total of needed iMates to 2nd part (Dummy_platte.ipt)

- Place Component -> Select Puffer1.ipt-> Rightclick -> Use iMates -> Rightclick -> Use with all matching iMates

Texts may differ. I'm using German version.

I only have Inventor 2011, so I couldn't open your example, but I followed your instructions, and they are an acceptable solution. It is not exactly what I was looking to do, but it did speed up my need to place a large amount of screws without doing each one individually. Thank you very much.
