Export picture from mental ray is impossible

Hi

i don't know why i can't export any picture from mental ray environnement if i try with export image option

Inventor work and work but no result  

the only way i've find is print screen

Somebody at autodesk can check this or it's my system?

Not sure what you mean by Mental Ray Enviroment, but:

Try "Save Copy As", then select your file extension type.

Sorry it's ray tracing. When the process is finish i try to export it and Inventor hang on and never finish the export process

i kill it after 20 minutes and normaly the process is 2 or 3 minute for the ray tracing with option set to good

Have you try it?

Yes, you must use the "Save Copy As", if you check help it will state this as well. You can't use the Export function.
