I drew up a template drawing, where the colors of the layers has been modified. The project file is in the network. When I click the project, he did not carry the colors set in the template. What must I do to comply with the other machines the colors set in the template?

You have "use style library" in your project file set to yes correct?

The correct procedure then is to open you template, modify the styles THEN save to style library. Usually I just modify a style then right click on it and it should give you the option to save to style library.. If not you can close the style/standard editor and go to manage..styles and standards section..and hit the save button.
