Downgrading seems highly important for us now and I'm not sure that I understand what happend to you.
Were you successful in getting downgrade of 34 setas of some suite (which one?) to 34 seats of some individual product (which one?), right?
Had ADSK take some cost for this?
Our reseller refuses to downgrade suite to individual product.
What arguments you've used.
