Are they welded?

You just want to do a rectangular pattern, but use a helix for the direction.

(If they bolt on, I'd do the bolt holes and in the weldment pattern the parts to the hole feature pattern.)

Can you attach the Inventor file of what you have attempted so far?

I can't figure out how to do it without creating a feature pattern in one of the parts.

Yes  frnds its all welded, Well thanks for the parts its very helpfull but not Exactly the same it is having a U shape pipe on the top. and foot step. i am trying to compleate the parts now.
