DA, Changing file location

I have several files in an assembly that have the file location listed as
"NewWorkGroup1" listed as the file location. I can go through all these
one-by-one and change them to the correct loctaion, but is there anyway to
chose all of them and do it one time? Sure would be a time saver.

Yeah ... just shift/pick them all and change the location. I usually set the
project they will go to as the current project before I go to DA. You can do
the same thing with other stuff that's the same as well; like deleting the
file names from the Part Number column! ... Had to get that in again.

Larry,
That lets me chose all the files and I can pick the path. Problem is when I
change the file location from "NewWorkGroup1" to "Standard Parts", DA tells
me that the files already exist. I can exit DA and delete the file, then
restart DA and open the assembly. DA then wants me to resolve the link of
the file I just deleted.
Did I loose you?
I don't understand why the file location is listed as "WorkGroup1" and DA
will not let me just change it. DA is trying to relocate the file.

I found the problem... For some reason, there was a WorkGroup1 in my
WorkGroup path. I deleted it out of my project and the file location shows
correctly in DA.

Thanks for the tip Larry.

The way I do it is to have descriptive names for the project files so I know
where I'm coping the files to; I've seen that NewWorkgroup thingy once or
twice but I never copied any files to it, I copied them to the project I
wanted them to go to.

If you have standard parts with the same file name already in that directory
I would expect such an error. You may need to copy the Standard Part files
to a temp project, delete the existing files with the same name, then copy
the Standard Parts to the directory they go in.
